At FlowPure, we want you to enjoy every drop of water; if you are not completely satisfied with your filtration system, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned items must be in their original packaging and include all installation hardware and filter cartridges.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your System
Carefully pack the filtration unit, unused filters, and all accessories into the original box to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to FlowPure
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking number.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit to confirm all components are present, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
